Ernst Zündel and Canada’s Shame

I am attaching this introductory paragraph to this article three days after the article was first published and posted on the Internet.

This article contains about 110 references, each with a link to a supporting document. Within three days after this article was posted, 20% or 25% of all the links were dead; the reference articles had been deleted from the websites. This was mostly true with Jewish websites operated from Israel, but also in some Jewish-controlled Western publications that included the Washington Post and others similar.

It was clear what had happened: There are numerous Jewish organisations with countless thousands of adherents working internationally in a coordinated fashion, who constantly scour the Internet to find anything unfavorable to Jews or Israel, and who do whatever is possible to remove that content. In this case, they didn’t waste any time. As soon as this article was published, many documents used as references were immediately deleted from the Internet, and this was especially true of the Jewish websites that showed Jews at their pathological worst.

The links in this article have been left as they were. The information they purported to confirm, or the facts they purported to document, were all genuine and valid. But there are people who don’t want you to have that information.

Every nation has some people who are psychopaths and sociopaths, who function as criminals and gangsters, who are brutal, vicious, and remorseless, individuals who don’t hesitate to use any evil means to take advantage of others, and who will destroy the lives of others and even kill those who obstruct them. But these people are rare in all societies; there is no nation of people who possess these qualities on a large scale, to the point where we might claim that these evil attitudes are a defining characteristic or feature of a particular race of people.

The Jews appear to be an exception to this principle. There appears to be a substantial number of Jews who function very much as remorseless gangsters, and who do so in an organized and concerted manner, coordinating these crimes on an international level, and freely destroying the lives of any individuals (and even countries) who get in their way, or those who hinder progress in their agenda, or who reveal their crimes or their lies. Does this sound like “anti-Semitism”, or like massive hyperbole, or like a rant, like a wild accusation without substance or supporting evidence? Maybe, maybe not. Read on, and reserve your conclusions until the end. This article provides only one documented example of many.

For those of us living in the West, in our fabled and flawless electoral democracies, we wouldn’t expect even very rich and powerful Jews to have the ability to destroy disfavored individuals by secretly controlling not only our governments but the actual operation of our police and courts, and yet these Jews do precisely that – in ways that are both astonishing and criminal, very much the realm of true gangsters.

Ernst Zündel

Ernst Zündel was a German who emigrated to Canada as a young man, became a successful writer, publisher and human rights activist. As did many other people, Mr. Zündel had doubts about the Jewish claims of 6 million deaths in Germany during the Second World War, doubts that the Jewish “holocaust” happened in the way, or to the extent, that is dictated today by the common Jewish narrative. In accordance with these doubts, Mr. Zündel circulated a pamphlet asking if 6 million people really died, literature that reflected sincere questioning of some historical facts. Mr. Zündel was a loyal German wanting to remove some of what he believed to be an unfair tarnish on his homeland. Among other things, he was a spokesman for a group called Concerned Parents of German Descent, “who argued that the Second World War was long over, and that Germans were being tarnished yet again by the sins of their forefathers. Zündel sacrificed much of his personal life, and endured endless persecution in an effort to get Germany off its knees and bring truth to the world. The subject that was his life’s work was to cleanse Germany, his country of origin, of the false accusations by which she is overwhelmed.” [1]

What Mr. Zündel didn’t know was that not all historical facts are created equal, and the unequal ones cannot be questioned. I can claim that the First World War never happened, or that only 5,000 people died, and nobody will care. I can write a book claiming that Japan never attacked Pearl Harbor, that the entire story was a fabrication, and nobody will do anything to me. But if I dare question anything about the Jews’ “holocaust”, either the fact of its occurrence in whole or in part, or the “official” number of 6 million deaths, or if I supposedly “trivialise” the Jews’ holocaust by stating that there have been other, and greater, losses of life, that will earn 5 years imprisonment today in many countries.

It is generally true that criticism of Jews or Israel will be ignored by the Jews if it fails to attract much public attention. But if an individual’s criticism of Jews, his revelations of Jewish crimes, or questioning of the Jews’ “holocaust” begin to generate public traffic, the gangsters will take ruthless action. This begins with public denunciation, slander, and vilification, but can quickly escalate to more serious action. At the very least, such questions will result in damning public accusations of one being an “anti-Semitic, holocaust-denying, Nazi Jew-hater”.

Zündel’s questions about the historical accuracy of claims about Jewish victimization began attracting much favorable public attention. This earned him an intense hatred and extensive public vilification by Jews in Canada and in other Jewish colonies like the US and Germany, so much so that three separate attempts were made on Zündel’s life. Three times the Jews or someone provoked by them, tried to kill Zündel. “In one case Canada Post delivered a suspicious package to Zündel’s home, which he took to the local police station. The package contained explosives and was filled with nails, and needed to be detonated by the bomb squad.” This was not Zündel’s only such experience; he also had pipe bombs delivered to his home.

Later, his home was firebombed and much of it destroyed. For the attempts on his life, Canada’s police conducted virtually no investigation, and none of the criminals were ever found (see CSIS, below). For the fire-bombing of his home, the police found two “animal rights terrorists” named Thurston and Barbarash, who were proven to have been Jewish-funded and who had ties to similar British criminals. [2]

Jewish organisations in both the US and Canada hounded Zündel incessantly. For expressing his questions of the Jewish narrative of their “holocaust”, Zündel was repeatedly a victim of violence and hate. He endured decades of harassment, threats, and repeated imprisonment for what was essentially a “thought crime”. He tried repeatedly to obtain Canadian citizenship but, with the objections of the Jews, his applications were refused.

The Example of Sabina Citron

It isn’t widely known, but in Canada and some other countries, it isn’t only the police who can file criminal charges against an individual. In some countries, any citizen can do this. If you believe you have a criminal complaint against a person but the police refuse to file charges, you can file the criminal charges yourself, and force a trial. This isn’t done often because the process is quite expensive. You must hire and pay for the prosecuting attorney, and there are other costs. In a normal situation, the prosecutor has the detailed reports from the police investigation and thus all he needs to conduct his prosecution. But if you file the charges yourself, there are no such records so the prosecutor will likely have to hire off-duty policemen to conduct a thorough investigation to provide him with the required evidence necessary for a trial. All of this costs money. However, an individual Jew, a woman named Sabina Citron, did precisely this, pursuing Zündel through civil and criminal courts constantly for about 20 years. It was also Sabina Citron who initiated the process against Zündel with Canada’s Human Rights Commission that resulted in the Tribunal where Zündel was determined guilty of “anti-Semitism” and subsequently deported to Germany. [8] All Citron’s legal actions would have been far too expensive for any one individual to absorb, and that means a wealthy Jewish individual or a Jewish organization was behind Citron’s repeated multiple efforts. The woman was just a “front”, with the puppet-masters funding and controlling events while conveniently outside the public light.

The Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS)

A former CSIS agent named John Farrell was compelled to testify at a deportation hearing for Ernst Zündel. In his testimony, he revealed that CSIS illegally intercepted all of Zündel’s mail for years, and opened and read all his letters. That wouldn’t have been so bad, but Zündel received not only letters but pipe bombs and other explosive packages during the period in which CSIS was monitoring his mail. The CSIS agents opened all his letters and also certainly examined the contents of packages sent to Zündel, which means that CSIS knew of the pipe bombs and let them go through. Either that, or CSIS initiated the bombs themselves. There is no other possibility, and that means that CSIS was fully onside with the Jews in wanting Zündel dead, in no small part because of the Jews inside CSIS. [9]

“Mr. Farrell said that in his view, CSIS’s motto ought to be: “Lie, deny, and then act surprised.” The testimony exposed CSIS as a rogue agency [largely or entirely under Jewish control], that would stop at nothing to attain its goals, which would taint the evidence it has assembled to justify deporting Mr. Zündel under the security certificate.” [10]

IMPORTANT: First, Farrell did not make those revelations willingly; he testified only because he was compelled to do so by the courts, and would have been imprisoned had he refused. Second, there is no way to misinterpret Farrell’s testimony. He stated under oath that CSIS was intercepting all of Zündel’s mail during this period. His testimony gave clear evidence that CSIS staff were aware of the explosive packages being mailed to Zündel, and that they permitted the packages to continue through Canada’s mail system and be delivered to Zündel. He documents that CSIS staff were aware of all the explosive attempts on Zündel’s life. Fourth, Farrell testified that he repeatedly warned his superiors of the danger of returning those packages containing explosives into the mail system because they were air mail and could potentially have exploded in flight with a loss of 100 or 200 lives.

If this isn’t an indication of the influence and power the Jews have over Canada’s spy agency, then what would be? If this isn’t powerful evidence of the Jews’ savage and psychopathic gangsterism, then what would be?

You should be aware that Zündel wasn’t the only person targeted for killing, for merely questioning the Jews’ narrative. François Duprat was the number 2 man in Jean-Marie Le Pen’s FN nationalist party in France, a man openly sympathetic to the Palestinian cause. He published an article on “The Mystery of the Gas Chambers”, and also began distributing the Harwood pamphlet (the same one Zündel distributed) asking if 6 million really died. Duprat was killed by a car bomb set by assassins who were deemed to have been “armed with weapons too complex not to belong to an intelligence service”. [11] And that means the Jewish Mossad. After the killing, French Jews publicly supported Duprat’s killing and justified the assassination by claiming that anyone tending to “historical revisionism”, i.e. questioning the Jews’ version of the holocaust, deserved to be killed. There have been others.

And Much More

The Jews in Canada used their influence in many other imaginative gangster enterprises; they arranged for Canada’s postal service to suspend Zündel’s mailing privileges, so that this one man – of Canada’s entire population – was unable “by law” to mail (or receive) a letter, [12] I believe the only time in Canada’s history this has happened. What does this tell you about the Jews’ power over the Canadian government? The man was so badly persecuted by the Jews that, after decades of personal attacks and slander, Zündel left the country and moved with his wife to the US after 42 years in Canada, swearing to never return.

But the vilification didn’t cease. Jewish consular and other parties in Canada conspired with their Jewish counterparts in the US to further persecute Zündel, and the Jews who controlled the US State Department in those days (as they do today) arranged to have Zündel deported back to Canada. The man was arrested on the flimsy and apparently fabricated pretext that he had missed an interview date with US immigration authorities and he was deported even though his wife was an American citizen and this should have been both illegal and impossible. The Jews did something similar a few years later, which I will discuss below. [13]

It must be emphasized that all of Zündel’s conduct was legal in the US, and he was completely cleared of any criminal wrongdoing by an extensive FBI investigation. Yet very shortly after the conclusion of that investigation, Zündel was effectively kidnapped and deported to Canada. The conclusion was that powerful Jews within the US government were determined to expel Zündel by any means, and do it illegally if necessary. “Zündel was effectively kidnapped by U.S. federal agents in February 2003 and his deportation to Canada without a court hearing was illegal under U.S. law, especially since he was awaiting processing for U.S. permanent residence as the husband of a U.S. citizen, Ingrid Rimland.” [14]

Imprisonment in Canada

Jewish influence on, and control of the government of Canada and its police and courts, was almost total, even back in the 1980s, as it was (and still is) in the US and most Western countries. (Read this: The Power Behind the Throne). [15] From this cross-border conspiracy, the Canadian police arrested Zündel on his return to Canada and the government of Jean Chrétien (then Canada’s Prime minister), [16] immediately declared Zündel “a threat to national security” and put him in prison – where he remained for two years in solitary confinement. [17] Zündel had not committed any crime in Canada (nor anywhere else) – and had never been charged with any crime. He was simply imprisoned without charge, without trial, and without ever even appearing before a judge. [18]

The Canadian government conceded that Zündel was in no way a violent person, had never supported violence, had never promoted hate against anyone but, under Jewish pressure, classified him anyway as a “terrorist” and imprisoned him without appeal or recourse. The Jews’ ridiculous claim for the “terrorist” label was that Zündel “seeks to destroy the multicultural fabric and underpinnings of Canadian society”. Well, maybe I’m naïve, but questioning numbers of Jewish deaths on another continent 100 years ago hardly seems like an attempt to “destroy the underpinnings of Canadian society”.

I want to make it clear that there is NO provision in Canadian law, nor in the laws of almost any country in the world, to imprison a person without charge and without the due process of receiving a fair trial and being found guilty of a crime. The actions of the Canadian government were 100% illegal by every measure. Not only was there NO evidence or justification for declaring Zündel a national security risk, there was no existing precedent for, nor any law that permitted, imprisoning him without trial or placing him in solitary confinement. Even worse, Zündel was not allowed to hear the evidence against him, was not permitted to know who were the witnesses against him (all Jews, of course), and he was not even permitted to know the specific accusations against him. [19] If that doesn’t qualify as 100% illegal, as well as being 100% Jewish fascist gangsterism, I don’t know what would.

“Zündel was in prison not because his views were unpopular, or because he was a “security risk.” He was in prison because Jews wanted him there. He was a prisoner because he promoted views that Jews considered harmful to their interests. This Jewish lobby is the decisive, critical factor in the decades-old campaign to silence him. The only sustained and institutionalized effort to imprison him has come from this lobby, which includes the Simon Wiesenthal Center, the Canadian Jewish Congress, the Canadian Holocaust Remembrance Association, and the League for Human Rights of B’nai B’rith (with the Anti-Defamation League, its counterpart in the US).” [20] [21]

Zündel was imprisoned because the Jews wanted him punished for questioning their “holocaust” story, and they successfully pressured the Canadian government to violate every measure of the rule of law. This is one powerful indication of the control the Jews had (and still have) over the government of Canada, and their viciousness in persecuting anyone who challenges their narrative. This is organized gangsterism, by any definition.

The “Heresy Trials”

After two years of public outcry, Ernst Zündel was finally released from prison, from his solitary confinement, but the Jews were by no means finished with Zündel. They then pressured the Canadian government to conduct what were essentially heresy trials against Zündel. They tried twice, in 1985 and 1988, charging him with “spreading false news”, and failed both times. In the latter case, a lower court found Zündel guilty, but Canada’s Supreme Court not only overturned the decision and exonerated Zündel, but stated that the laws under which Zündel was tried, were themselves unconstitutional. [22] That was a great victory for Zündel, and also for all Canadians who might have been subjected to this criminal fascism.

But the Canadian trials were also a farce, with conditions heavily stacked against Zündel that prevented him from mounting an adequate defense. The Judge, Pierre Blais, was condemned as “unprofessional and biased”. As one example, he canceled all the subpoenas sought by Zündel’s defense, so they were unable to call key witnesses to testify. [23]

“The Zündel trial was a landmark case in the fight against hate speech in Canada, one in which B’nai Brith was instrumental in highlighting the dangers of Holocaust denial,” said Amanda Hohmann, national director of B’nai Brith’s League for Human Rights. “There is only one reason to engage in such rhetoric, and that is to create a false narrative of Jewish power and manipulation motivated by financial or material benefit for the Jewish people. It relies on conspiracy theories targeting world Jewry and can have no motivation other than anti-Semitism. That is the legacy that Ernst Zündel has left for the world.” [24]

I disagree with Hohmann on her statements. The trial was unrelated to “hate speech” in any form, and I think the one reason “to engage in such rhetoric” is to create a REAL narrative of Jewish power and manipulation. This does definitely target World Jewry, but it does NOT rely on “conspiracy theories”, and is unrelated to “anti-Semitism”. Instead, it is done in a sincere attempt to expose the Jews’ savage gangsterism and criminality, as well as unmasking their real power over governments. Hohmann photo source:

Canada’s “Human Rights Tribunal” – Maybe the only court in the world where truth is forbidden

But the Jews would not rest with defeat. Like Shylock, they were determined to get their pound of flesh. Having had no success with the criminal courts, the Jews arranged to have Zündel brought before a tribunal of Canada’s Human Rights Commission. This Tribunal is not a court or a judicial body, does not have the power of a court and, apparently, has no obligation to abide by legal principles. The two persons who presided over the Tribunal proceedings, Claude Pensa and Reva Devins, were “Commissioners,” not judges. I don’t know if they were Jews, but the bias speaks for itself. [25] Keep in mind the earlier documentation that it was a Jew – Sabina Citron who initiated the process against Zündel with Canada’s Human Rights Commission, and that it was a Jew who selected the two commissioners. The single issue at the Tribunal was whether Mr. Zündel had propagated literature that was “anti-Semitic”, a term which really means “anything the Jews don’t want to hear”. The accusations did not consider spreading hate or violence, but simply the question of ‘anti-Semitism’.

It is an axiom in Western law that one is held harmless from accusations of slander or libel, if the claims or statements one makes are in fact true, truth generally being the only determining factor. If I publicly call you a thief, and you really are a thief, I am safe from civil actions. But in Ernst Zündel’s courtroom, Claude Pensa made a determination at the very beginning that “truth” was not to be a consideration. Moreover, he ruled that no reference could be made, or even hinted at, about the truth of any of Zündel’s statements about the Jews’ version of the “holocaust”. The only consideration, according to Pensa, was whether Zündel’s statements could be considered “anti-Semitic”. As Pensa bluntly put it:

“It is the finding of this Tribunal that truth is not an issue before us … messages … cannot be justified by asserting that such messages are truthful. The sole issue is whether such communications are likely to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt.” To make this clear, Pensa ruled that the only issue was whether Zündel’s pamphlet would make Jews uncomfortable, equating that with “anti-Semitism”. [26] The man was deadly serious about this. On several occasions Pensa intervened with warnings and threats to Zündel’s lawyer about any hint that Zündel’s statements were simply true facts being stated. Pensa repeatedly forbade any hint of a suggested reference to “truth”.

From reading the transcripts, it appears evident the entire case was decided beforehand. The Jewish prosecuting lawyer made repeated loud and offensive interruptions designed to prevent Mr. Zündel’s lawyer from making important points. This became so obvious and egregious that finally other court officials intervened and asked that Pensa put a stop to the outrageous injustices being perpetrated. Pensa mildly obliged, but by then it was the end of the testimony and all the damage had been done.

Mr. Zündel’s treatment at this so-called “tribunal” would have done credit to the Inquisitions or old-time witch hunts. It was surely one of the most shameful travesties ever conducted in a Canadian court.

To further bias the proceedings, the prosecution’s legal counsel had retained the services of an “expert witness” to provide a determination of anti-Semitism or otherwise. The ‘expert witness’ was, of course, a Jew. This meant that neither the judge nor the court played any real part in the determination of Mr. Zündel’s guilt or innocence, but that it would be decided on the personal opinion of this witness, who had no relevant credentials of any kind, aside from the fact of his being a Jew. The ‘expert witness’ of course found that Mr. Zündel’s questioning of the number of Jews who died during the Second War to be anti-Semitic, and Zündel was pronounced “guilty”.

The Jews failed to crucify Zündel in Canada’s criminal courts, but were victorious in Canada’s so-called “Human Rights Tribunal”, that body finding Mr. Zündel guilty of “offending the Jews”. Offending Jews wasn’t a crime in Canada at the time, but the Jews weren’t finished with Zündel. They pressured the Canadian government to deport Zündel to his original home of Germany, where offending Jews is a crime.

A Note on Jurisdiction, Extradition and Deportation

You may be familiar with these facts, but bear with me. These are crucial considerations.

If I commit a crime in one state or province, and then flee to another state or province, the local authorities cannot arrest me. They have no jurisdiction over crimes committed in other areas. This is also true for most kinds of crime even among cities in the same state or province, very serious crimes being an exception. But generally, if I commit a crime in New York City, then flee to Boston, I am safe.

This is the same with nations: if I rob a bank in Germany and flee to Canada, the Canadian police cannot arrest me for a crime I committed in Germany. Their jurisdiction is limited to crimes committed in Canada. This is why countries (and states and provinces) have extradition treaties. After I rob the bank and flee, the German government can appeal to Canada to arrest me and return me to Germany so I can be charged with my crime.

But, and very importantly, my action must also be a crime in my own country. Robbing a bank is of course illegal in both Germany and Canada, so that isn’t a problem. However, offending Jews and questioning their version of the “holocaust”, was a crime in Germany, but not in Canada. Therefore, even if I had been in Germany and offended the Jews and moved to Canada, the Canadian government would refuse an extradition request from Germany. However, and of extreme importance in this affair, is that Ernst Zündel had not been to Germany, had committed no crime in Germany, and the German government DID NOT request Zündel’s extradition from Canada since they had no cause. And in any case, such a request would have – by international treaties – been refused, because Zündel’s actions were, according to Canada’s Supreme Court, not illegal in Canada.

But, as I said, the Jews were not yet finished with Zündel. They were determined to destroy him for questioning their holocaust, and if they couldn’t destroy him in Canada, they would do it somewhere else. Jews and Jewish groups were stridently demanding that Zündel be deported to Germany, where he would face years of imprisonment for the “thought crime” of “denying the Holocaust”, which was against the law in Germany and other European countries. [27] And so the Jews pushed the government of Canada to arbitrarily deport Zündel to Germany. Of course, Canada’s government had no justification or basis on which to deport the man. A government CANNOT deport a person simply because they don’t like him, and there is NO such provision in Canadian law (or that of any other country).

Thus, the Canadian government executed a major violation of one of the most fundamental laws of a nation, by deporting Zündel to Germany. Canada’s action was 100% illegal, but, under the pressure of Jewish gangsters, the government relented. Zündel was placed on a plane while in handcuffs, remained in handcuffs during the entire flight to Germany, was arrested by German police on the plane and immediately imprisoned in Mannheim. [28]

I have already written above, about the Jewish control of Canada’s spy agency CSIS. The decision to deport Zündel was based largely on a statement by CSIS in a “national security certificate”, which claimed Zündel was “considered one of the most notorious distributors of hate material in the world.” Of course, that statement contained no truth. Zündel had never distributed “hate material” of any kind, not in Canada and certainly not in the rest of the world.

The wording in the CSIS certificate was entirely Jewish in origin, typical pathological exaggeration meant only to destroy anyone contradicting the Jews’ narrative. No one else in CSIS would have written such an outrageous and obviously false statement. Not only that, but this “was the first time in Canada’s history that such a certificate had been issued and used against an individual for deportation. Moreover, Canada’s Supreme Court ruled that the “security certificate” law under which Zündel was deported, was unconstitutional, [29] but the ruling came too late to save the only man it had ever been used against, who by then was beginning his five year prison sentence in Germany!”

This is partly an aside, but you may have noticed references to laws being set aside by a nation’s Supreme Court because those laws were deemed “unconstitutional”. You should note that every one of these laws that I have seen stricken down, were laws which the Jews pressured into existence and were used to persecute Jewish “non-lovers” until someone finally appealed them to the country’s Supreme Court and they were abolished. There are many more of these “pro-Jewish” and “pro only-Jewish” laws on the books of many Western nations.

International Collusion

The events and actions described in this article, involved consular officials, State Departments, police, spy agencies, courts, tribunals, judges, prosecutors, media personnel, many Jewish organisations, and others, in at least three countries on two continents. This clearly required and received coordination from a centralized source on an international level. There is no possibility that all these disparate people and actions could have evolved independently and yet have been so perfectly meshed as to achieve the desired results. For Jewish organisations, we had at least (1) the US-based Simon Wiesenthal Center, (2) the Canadian Jewish Congress, (3) the Canadian Holocaust Remembrance Association, (4) International B’nai B’rith (5) Canadian B’nai B’rith (6) the US-based Anti-Defamation League. There were almost certainly more, and someone from a central source had to coordinate this group, along with all the other individuals and officials listed above. My guess is that the coordination emanated from the Jewish bankers in The City of London. That is the most likely source.

Moreover, these events stretched over the tenures of four of Canada’s Prime Ministers, all of whom had to be knowledgeable and informed of the plot and, at least in part, had to have been active participants. What does that tell you about the influence and control by Jews of Canada’s government?

Assembling the available evidence from all sources, it appears certain that consular and legal officials from Germany (who were Jews) colluded for years with similar officials in Canada and the US (who were also Jews) “to try to snare Mr. Zündel in an extrajudicial rendition”. [30]

In this connection, it should be noted that the Jews in the Mannheim Public Prosecutor’s Office were conducting an investigation of Zündel’s wife, Dr. Ingrid Rimland (a US citizen), on similar allegations, a matter entirely outside their jurisdiction. They were so bold as to inform her of it. “The Mannheim Public Prosecutor’s Office is also currently conducting investigative proceedings against you on suspicion of incitement to hatred and violence against segments of the population.” [31] They were clearly attempting to criminalise her for conduct that was not criminal in her own country, and to find a way to bring her to Germany so she would also stand trial. The Jews tried many schemes. The Jewish presiding judge from the German court contacted Dr. Rimland and “invited” her to Germany to testify in behalf of her husband. She wisely declined, and termed their efforts “deplorable”. [32]

Jews and Citizenship Gangsterism

Continuing with the notes on deportations above, I would add a note here that the Jews have been for some time (this is now 2024) actively promoting laws in Germany particularly but also in other European nations, that “anti-Semitism” (i.e., any disaffection for Jews or Israel, or any negative statements about Jews or Israel) should be grounds to revoke a person’s citizenship and deport them. They have already partially succeeded in Germany, and will clearly not rest until they have achieved this in all nations. This measure would put Jews in a very highly-privileged position compared to people of any other race or ethnic background. People of other races or ethnic groups are daily criticised, mocked, condemned, lied about, by Jews in the Jewish media, as they do constantly about China, Russia, Iran, etc., but always without repercussions. However, saying or writing anything negative about Jews will cause the revocation of your citizenship.

Does this sound like savage gangsterism to you? Do you appreciate the power that Jews have over Western governments to have such legislation passed? Think about this. In Germany, the Jews can (and do!!) trash the German people daily without limit, making every manner of accusation, insult, slander, innuendo, and outright lie, and Jews can do this absolutely without repercussion or even disapproval. But if a German (in Germany) says something negative about Jews or questions the Jews’ version of their “holocaust”, even if the comments are true, that German will spend 5 years in prison.

Take note that a German in Germany can write or say anything negative about his own people or country, with no legal consequences, but that same person saying anything negative about Jews, will go to prison.

And it’s even worse than this. The crimes committed against Germany and the German people were far beyond savage or barbaric, and it is well-documented that between 12 million and 15 million Germans were starved to death, raped to death, or simply executed during the forced imprisonments and migrations after the war ended. This was part of “The Morgenthau Plan”, designed by a Jew for the benefit of Jews, and for the intended total destruction of both Germany and the entire German race. In reality, the Jews bear more responsibility for that German genocide than do the Allied armies that executed it, because it was entirely a Jewish plan. You may not be aware that a Jew proposed that all Germans be sterilized after the war, to end the German race forever. This was outlined in a book by the Jew Theodore Kaufmann, titled “Germany must Perish”. [32a]

However, you should know that in Germany, while it is eminently praiseworthy to research atrocities that may have been committed by Germans against Jews, it is against the law, a felony that carries serious prison time, to even attempt to research any atrocities Jews (or the Allies) committed against Germans. Think about that.

And now the Jews are pushing this further, proposing that any German doubting the holocaust or making negative comments about Jews or Israel, will have their citizenship revoked and be deported, becoming a stateless nobody, and with all personal assets confiscated. But if a Jew in Germany makes negative comments about Germany or about Germans, will that Jew lose his citizenship and be deported? Of course not. Jews are untouchable in Germany, while Germans are nothing in their own country. When I stated above that Germany was a Jewish colony, that statement was not made carelessly. It is fact. And the same is essentially true in all European countries – Italy, France, Spain, Holland, Portugal, Poland, Romania, etc., and very notably in Canada and the US. It is also true in Japan, though few seem aware of it.

“Thought Crimes”, Literally

“Charges have been laid against Zündel under the highly controversial Paragraph 130, which makes it a criminal offense in Germany to “doubt the Holocaust” [33]. Try to understand clearly what this means. According to this law in Germany, it is not necessary to say or write anything negative about Jews, and especially about their “holocaust”. To be guilty of the crime of holocaust denial and sentenced to five years in prison, it is necessary only to “doubt” any part of the Jews’ version. But a “doubt” is personal, not public. It is essentially a feeling in our heart or a thought in our mind, that leaves us uncertain by cautioning us that something might not be true. And that is enough. If we can be duped or coerced into admitting that we harbor any “doubt” about any part of the Jews’ version of their holocaust, we will be imprisoned. This is 100% a classic definition of a “thought crime”. We can be imprisoned in Germany for as long as five years merely for “thinking” that “maybe” the Jews’ version of history is false. If this doesn’t convince you of the power Jews have over the German government and its laws and courts, then what would? And, as so many have said before me, truth doesn’t need laws to defend it, but lies always do.

“Savage Gangsterism”, Literally

It often happens that when we learn of an event or occurrence of some kind, we tend to think of it as a “one-off” anomaly when frequently it is part of a pattern that is not obvious to us because we either don’t have complete information or simply fail to “connect the dots”. We might be shocked to learn that Ernst Zündel was actually being charged and imprisoned for what was really a “thought crime”, but our judgment is altered when we learn that in little more than one decade prior to the time of Zündel’s prosecution, the Jews in Germany had successfully prosecuted more than 100,000 people for these same thought crimes. [34] I have no reliable information as to the total number of people who have been victimized by the Jews under this insane law; we have documentation for only about 10 years out of 30 or 40.

Similarly, we might be shocked and offended to learn that Zündel was deported to Germany by contrived means that were literally in violation of existing laws, simply to satisfy the blood-lust of the Jews. However, our attitude and judgment should change when we learn that Zündel was by no means the only individual on whom the Jews exercised these illegalities. Zündel was only one of many so-called “Holocaust deniers” from various countries who were deported to Germany at about the same time, by the same Jews collaborating in the same way, using the same illegal means, for the same purpose, and with the same result. [35] This was especially celebrated by Jewish news media in Israel, while the information appeared nowhere in the West. If this doesn’t qualify as vicious, remorseless gangsters colluding on an international level in an organized and concerted manner, freely destroying the lives of any individuals who get in their way, then what would?

A Note on Hypocrisy

Many people must be familiar with the Ukrainian Holodomor – the forced famine in the early 1930s that starved to death at least 8 million Ukrainians and perhaps as many as 10 million. The documentation and evidence of this inhuman atrocity are voluminous and irrefutable. But the Jews spend many words and much money to denigrate this as either a “nothing” or to deny that it happened at all. They do this for two reasons. The minor reason is that the Jews want no competition in the “Victim Olympics”. They deny or denigrate all other atrocities against humans as either minor and of little or no consequence, or else condemn them as false conspiracy theories. They are determined that Jews are to be the only victims ever, in the history of the world. The major reason is that it was entirely Jews who caused the Ukrainian Holodomor. It was entirely – 100% – the Bolshevik Jews from Russia who confiscated all the Ukrainian grain and watched those millions starve to death. As a totally disgusting note, many of the photos the Jews have circulated (of emaciated dead bodies) that purport to show Jews starved to death by Germans, are actually photos of Ukrainians starved to death by the Jews.

Pre-Trial in Germany: Important Reference

“It was blatantly obvious that this was to be a show trial.” I won’t dwell on the content of the actual trial, but one item necessary to address is what was called “Germany’s shockingly undemocratic censorship practice”. While in a German prison awaiting trial, Zündel was not allowed to make any phone calls, not even to his defense attorney. He was prohibited by the court, apparently under threat of lifelong incarceration, of discussing anything about his coming trial with anyone. He was not permitted to speak to counsel, to potential witnesses, to advisors, and not even to his wife. [36]

The Trial in Germany

Again, by all international and domestic law, Germany had no authority to arrest or try Zündel for anything. But Germany, being totally a Jewish colony [37] with no German independence on any matters of consequence, was willing, again under intense pressure from German Jews, to violate all the basic standards of rule of law. They arrested Zündel on his arrival, charged him with a crime he supposedly committed in a foreign country, put him on trial for a matter over which they had no jurisdiction, and sentenced him to 5 years in prison. To be clear, solely from pressure from the Jews, Zündel was deported to Germany where he was tried in a criminal court for writing and broadcasts done in the US, and which were perfectly legal in the US. The man had not been in Germany and had committed no crime there.

By all accounts, Zündel’s Trial in Germany was an illegal, extra-judicial travesty, and a complete farce, much worse than what he had experienced in Canada. A law student from the UK attended parts of this trial to gain some experience, and wrote that he was stunned and shocked at what he saw. He termed the entire process “a farce”. This is his last comment:

“[The judge] clearly considers the Prosecution’s cause as his own. He thus has a ‘stake’ in the trial, an interest in Ernst Zündel being found guilty. He is therefore inherently biased.” “I would say that the trial of Ernst Zündel is an absolute outrage. Whether one sympathizes with his views or not, it is most unsatisfactory that a person is denied his right to a fair trial because of his beliefs. If this is truly the state of affairs in Germany, then hypocrisy and, indeed, tyranny must have gained the upper hand in that so-called democratic republic. I am absolutely outraged about this. Next time a German politician speaks of democracy and human rights, please ask him to ditch the rhetoric and, ahem, shove it up his a**.” [38]

It seems that both the judge and the prosecutor (Grossmann) in Zündel’s trial were Jews. Zündel’s wife said she was told by sources inside the German court that these men were “members of the tribe”. [39] From all the reports, the main judge appears to have been a rabid Jew, foaming at the mouth for revenge and the destruction of Ernst Zündel. He was at more than one point apparently literally screaming at the defense attorneys.

Zündel’s main lawyer, Sylvia Stolz

Among other biases and travesties, the judge challenged, and eventually evicted, all Zündel’s defense attorneys, on the craziest reasoning. Zündel’s main lawyer, Sylvia Stolz, had appointed a lawyer named Horst Mahler as her assistant. Mahler was not taking part in the trial, but merely assisting the designated defense counsel in paperwork, but the judge demanded Mahler be evicted because he was not a lawyer at the German bar. That was crazy, equivalent to demanding that my barber be a qualified lawyer if he comes into the courtroom.

It became much worse from there. At several points the judge had Zündel’s defense attorneys physically dragged from the courtroom, [40] eventually dismissing Zündel’s entire defense team – who were among the most renowned and qualified lawyers in Germany. [41] [42] It was the most amazing hatchet job anyone had ever seen in a courtroom. [43] “Let’s simply say that finally it looks as though the German government, on its knees before Zion (the Jews) for more than sixty years, has lost its grip.” [44]

Much worse again, Zündel’s main attorney Sylvia Stolz, was apparently “too sympathetic” to her client’s views when conducting his defense, and so the judge accused her of also being a “holocaust denier”, and had her arrested and then summarily sentenced her to nearly four years in prison. [45] Zündel’s entire trial was of this nature – a tragedy, a farce, some kind of twisted comedy caricature of a real court and a real trial. By the end, there wasn’t even a pretense of law or justice anywhere to be seen.

It must be said that the courts that tried Zundel (in any country) were neither of law nor justice. They were conducted solely to permit the Jews to prevent by fear and intimidation any questioning of their “holocaust”.

Zündel Released from Prison

“I’m back out after seven years, three weeks, three prisons and three countries,” Zundel said, declining to comment when asked whether the Holocaust happened.

I won’t deal with the imprisonment portion of Zündel’s story here. Suffice it to say that he survived. However, after his release, Zündel wanted to return to the US to live out his remaining years with his wife. She could not come to Germany to live with him because the Jews would have had her imprisoned as well.

Zündel Denied Entry to the US

United States law is very clear and unambiguous on the entry of persons who have been convicted of crimes in foreign countries: a person convicted abroad who seeks entry to the United States is to be barred only if the conduct having led to conviction is “deemed criminal by United States standards”. But the so-called “crime” for which Zundel was convicted in Germany, WAS NOT a crime under US law. [46]

Zündel owned a home and property in the US, and his wife was still resident there, and so he wanted to return to the US after serving his sentence in Germany. But the Jews still weren’t finished with Ernst Zündel; It was determined that his “holocaust activism” would be much more constrained if he were forced to remain in Germany, and further that he would suffer more in Germany if permanently separated from his home and his wife. On this basis, a Jew named Ron Rosenberg of the US Citizen and Immigration Services, took it upon himself to violate his own country’s laws and he banned Zündel for life from the US. Everything, every step, in this entire saga was illegal, against established domestic and international law, but all those actions were nevertheless taken because they served Jewish interests. The Jews finally got what they wanted – the destruction of an innocent man – but only by exercising their power over three governments to break all the fundamental laws of civilized nations.

The Death of Ernst Zündel

One of the best ways to be an assassin is to find a method of killing someone that appears to have been a natural event – a heart attack, for example. When I speak to senior state officials or to those “in the know” in the shady world of espionage, all are unanimous that the Jews (Israel’s Mossad, mostly) are renowned as the world’s experts in the fake heart attack. There is no apparent consensus about the method used, but some informers have expressed the conviction that whatever the cause or method the Jews have developed of inducing an apparent heart attack in a disfavored individual, the reaction is delayed. This means that I do something to you, or have you ingest something, that will produce a death which perfectly mirrors the symptoms of a genuine heart attack, but is delayed for a few days. That is perfect because, even if I freely admit I poured you a drink, your death three days later, serves to absolve rather than incriminate me. If we poison someone, we expect them to die more or less immediately.

I mention this for several reasons. During the past few decades, we have seen many examples of deaths by apparent natural heart attack, but where the victims were in every case in a politically dangerous position (or had earned the enmity of the Jews) and the so-convenient “heart attack” always raised doubts and suspicions.

I have no facts on which to base an accusation about Ernst Zündel’s death. I have only my suspicions based on circumstantial evidence. Ernst Zündel was in perfect health. People spoke to him only hours before his death, and he was by all appearances and his own admission in good spirits and good health. Of course, that isn’t incriminating evidence; people in good health often have heart attacks.

However, the portion that caught my eye was the gleeful (but premature) reports in Jewish media that Ernst Zündel had died of a heart attack. Except that the man was still alive at that point. His wife posted the following comment from the US: “There is a lot of confusion and misunderstanding about this notice. Ernst did NOT die, as has been erroneously reported at some websites and broadcasts…. If you put this up, please put an explanation that I checked with Ernst, and he is very much alive!” [48] But then, a couple of days later, Zündel actually did die of (maybe) a heart attack. Zündel’s sister said she found him unconscious and called an ambulance. She assumed he had had a heart attack, but was provided with few or no details.

It is of course possible that a Jewish newspaper obtained misinformation and published without confirmation, but what would be the source of such misinformation? Who would broadcast the fact of someone’s death, knowing it to be false, and specify the cause of death, and why would someone do such a thing? Note that the Jewish news didn’t say Zündel died in a car accident, or fell off a bridge; they specified the heart attack, which was actually the apparent cause of Zündel’s death. Now, maybe they simply made a lucky guess, but there are other possibilities. It is certainly at least conceivable that a Mossad agent had loose lips and a Jewish columnist jumped the gun.

There was another matter that attracted my attention. Suddenly “German authorities” appeared in the media to confirm Zündel’s death. If you think about this, it is very strange. Zündel had been out of prison for nearly ten years by that time, and shouldn’t have been of much interest to anyone. There was no cause for German government officials to take the microphone to pronounce the death of a nobody, of an ordinary citizen living quietly and attracting no attention. Unless of course they knew a bit more than they were telling the public.

Consider all the evidence in this article, of the Jews wanting to destroy Ernst Zündel, and of the successes they enjoyed. But after all his trials, Ernst Zündel was still alive in Germany, enjoying a good life, still circulating, still talking to people (although with much more caution), and not really totally destroyed. Consider also that the Jews tried several times to kill Zündel in Canada, with explosives, pipe bombs, torching his house. If they tried to kill him at least four times – and they did, why wouldn’t they try again? This is speculation on my part, and I have only suspicions and questions, no answers, no evidence. You can form your own opinion.

Jewish Celebration on Zündel’s Death

Bernie Farber, the chief executive officer of the Canadian Jewish Congress, solemnly boasted to the world, “Jewish tradition demands that we do not defame the dead”, then immediately proceeded to defame dead Zündel as “one of the most renowned hatemongers” in the world. [49] The Canadian Jewish Congress said Zündel’s death “brings to a close an especially pernicious saga that plagued Canadians for decades.” Except that this “saga” wasn’t pernicious and didn’t “plague” anyone in Canada apart from a handful of powerful Jews. It is worth noting that Farber was the Chairman of an NGO named the Canadian Anti-Hate Network, [50] but it seems this group was formed to cause hate rather than to eliminate it, at least to create unremitting hatred against anyone contradicting the Jewish narrative on anything. The Toronto Sun told us that “Zündel will not be missed”, [51] and others referred to him as a “Neo Nazi And Jew-Hating Scum”. A Jew named Mark Bonokoski wrote in the Toronto Sun, “The fact that he was able to die at home in Germany, of natural causes, and apparently in robust health up until the heart attack hit, is just another example of how life isn’t fair. He deserved agony, but got none.” [52] Thus, according to the Jews, anyone disputing their version of the “holocaust”, deserves to live – and to die – “in agony”. Such nice people, these Jews. The Times of Israel happily told us, “As Holocaust deniers go, Ernst Zündel was by far one of the most notorious ones, easily in the same slimy league as David Irving, Robert Faurisson, Arthur Butz and Ditlieb Felderer. [54] The AP News told us “Notorious neo-Nazi Ernst Zündel dies in Germany”; [55] The Times of Israel chirped that “Notorious neo-Nazi, Holocaust denier Ernst Zündel” is dead. [56] Ha’aretz and the YNet News celebrated that “Notorious neo-Nazi Ernst Zündel dies in Germany” [57] [58] Even the Washington Post celebrated “Ernst Zündel, neo-Nazi publisher and Holocaust Denier” dies. [59] And a flaky (Jewish?) columnist with the unlikely name of Colby Cosh, writing in Canada’s genuinely twisted Jewish newspaper, the National Post, wrote about how Zündel “charmed the gullible”. [60]

Over the years, the Western Jewish-owned newspapers and TV stations were overloaded with dirty, false, and hateful articles about Ernst Zündel. There was very little written about the man that was true, and anything partially true was twisted. Canada’s Globe and Mail, which used to be respectable until Jews took over editorial control, published the stupidest article, attempting to make Zündel appear a pervert because he had more than one marriage. [61] The Jewish Telegraphic Agency falsely claimed Zündel fled Germany to avoid military service. [62] Even the smallest item that might put Zündel into a bad light, found its way into Jewish publications. They were both vicious and petty, and unhampered by any desire for truth.

All the Jewish media attention was designed to make the entire world hate and despise Zündel. And those same people then accused Zündel in their media, of “spreading hate”. But it wasn’t Zündel who was spreading the hate; it was the Jews, and this needs to be stated openly. Jews have executed essentially the same character assassination against thousands of people in various countries, whenever an individual crosses Jewish interests. The Jews do the same against countries. The hate campaigns today against China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, are all orchestrated by Jews, designed to make everyone hate these countries and their people. It is only the Jews who spread hate, then use their media to blame others for their sins. One of the most egregious examples of Jews spreading hate (this against Germans) was in the US prior to entry into WWI. If you don’t know this, I urge you with all earnestness to read this: Bernays and Propaganda – The Marketing of War. [63] It will shock you to your core.

Some Good Comments

A few prominent Canadians spoke out against the unjust treatment of Ernst Zündel. One such person was Bill Dunphy, a veteran investigative journalist and editor for the daily Hamilton Spectator. He spent six years probing Canada’s “white supremacist” movement, and got to know Zündel personally. In a column in the Hamilton Spectator, he wrote:

“Our government has seized and branded Ernst Zündel, stripped him of his human rights, tried him in secret and found him wanting, and will now hand him over to a foreign government anxious to throw him in jail… “… Zündel — who did this country a favor by wiping off the books our disgraceful False News laws — has never once been convicted of a criminal offence in this country, never once found to have violated the hate crime laws that rest snugly around the throat of free expression in this country. Calculating correctly that there was no political cost, no ‘down side’ to slipping on the jackboots to kick a reviled old man out of our country, our government cobbled together their best insults and innuendo, and Lord knows what secret ‘evidence,’ and branded Ernst Zündel a threat to national security.”

“I know this man, his local and international contacts and I know this movement. And after reading the 58-page ‘unclassified’ summary of the government’s case, I can assure you there is no justice here. Their ‘evidence’ is riddled with errors and misinformation, hearsay and inflammatory innuendo. Dead men walk again, and the shattered bits of shoddy secret networks long since collapsed under the weight of their own ineptitude are made whole and menacing once again. It is a shameful piece of dishonest, unreliable tripe.” [64]

Similar concerns and accusations of government lies and illegality, were echoed by quite a few other media platforms at the time. There were many other articles, in many newspapers, some defending Zündel, some strongly in favor of him. There were many condemning the Canadian government for its dishonesty and criminality in its methods of persecuting the man, and damning the illegalities and savagery of the authorities in hounding Zündel. All of them have been deleted from the Internet. It seems impossible to find any of the favorable articles or comments. Every search produces only Jewish hate literature. With diligent searching, today one can find only the hateful content produced by Jewish columnists and the Jewish media. The “other side” of the story has been totally erased, as if it had never existed. Either all those articles and reports have been physically deleted (and many have been) from the Internet, or else Google, who is 100% Jewish and heavily censored, simply refuses to produce them.

There were many, many demonstrations, in many countries, outside the Embassies of Germany, [65] [66] Canada, [67] [68] and the US, outside the courtrooms, and at media locations. Multiple letters, both public and private, [69] [70] [71] were written to all state participants, asking for Zündel’s release. [72] [73] There were many news articles [74] supporting Zündel, exposing the crimes and weaknesses of the government positions and of the Jews’ claims. There were petitions, [75] telephone campaigns, [76] public rallies, protests, [77] all in support of Zündel and demanding his release and freedom

Who Was Responsible?

We know the names of the victim (Zündel, not the Jews), the names of some judges, lawyers, police and others in Canada, the US and Germany, who were involved in this long series of travesties, and we have their photos. But we do not know the names of the Jews who orchestrated all this savage criminal pathology. This is typical; Jews will almost always exercise their influence in the dark, using what they term “a Gentile front” to do all of their dirty work. In this case, we blame Canada, Germany, and the US, but they were only tools being used by their Jewish masters. There is a long list of individual Jews who should attract the blame and criminal punishment for this affair, but we will never know who they were. Consider this:

1.Who were the Jews who pressured the Canadian government to refuse Canadian citizenship to Zündel? What are their names?

2. Who were the Jews who wrote or commissioned the 20 years of slanderous and hateful articles against Zündel? What are their names?

3. Who were the Jews who paid for Sabina Citron’s 20-year epic assault on Zündel?

4. Influential and powerful Canadian Jews lobbied the Canadian government incessantly for 20 years, to arrest, imprison, or deport Zündel. Who were these individual Jews? What are their names?

5. The so-called “Jewish lobby” that was composed of representatives from 6 or 7 Jewish organisations, made what was termed a “sustained and institutionalized effort” to destroy Zündel. Who were these individual Jews? What are their names?

6. Who were the Jews or their hirelings who made the several attempts to kill Zündel?

7. Who were the Jews in CSIS who permitted the pipe bombs to be sent to Zündel?

8. Who were the Jews in the US State Department who fabricated the story of Zündel “missing an appointment” and illegally ordered him deported from the US? What are their names?

9. Who are the Jews who pressured the Canadian government to illegally imprison Zündel in solitary confinement for two years, without charge or trial? What are their names?

10. Who are the Jews who pressured the Canadian government to twice subject Zündel to a criminal “heresy” trial for actions that were not criminal? What are their names?

11. Who were the Jews who appointed Claude Pensa and Reva Devins as the “judges” at Zündel’s “anti-Semitic” Tribunal? What are their names?

12. Who were the Jews who pressured the Canadian government to deport Zündel to Germany? What are their names?

13. Who were the Jews who pressured the German government to arrest Zündel and subject him to a criminal trial? What are their names?

Mr. Romanoff’s writing has been translated into 34 languages and his articles posted on more than 150 foreign-language news and politics websites in more than 30 countries, as well as more than 100 English language platforms. Larry Romanoff is a retired management consultant and businessman. He has held senior executive positions in international consulting firms, and owned an international import-export business. He has been a visiting professor at Shanghai’s Fudan University, presenting case studies in international affairs to senior EMBA classes. Mr. Romanoff lives in Shanghai and is currently writing a series of ten books generally related to China and the West. He is one of the contributing authors to Cynthia McKinney’s new anthology ‘When China Sneezes’. (Chap. 2 — Dealing with Demons).
